You can order easily through our webshop. Choose the products you want, add them to the cart and follow the checkout steps. For large orders or special requests, you can also request a custom quote through our quote form.

The minimum order quantity differs per product and is shown on the product page. For most products the minimum is 25–50 pieces. Need a smaller quantity? Contact us and we will tell you what is possible.

Yes, for many products you can request a sample. Get in touch through our contact page and we will gladly tell you about the options and any costs.

We offer several branding techniques, including screen printing, pad printing, digital printing, embroidery, laser engraving and full-colour transfer. The best technique depends on the product, the design and the run size. We are happy to advise you on the best option.

For the best result, please send your logo as a vector file (AI, EPS or PDF). For digital printing or transfers we also accept high-quality PNG or JPEG files of at least 300 DPI. No vector file? We can often vectorise your logo for a small extra charge.

Yes, for every order with branding you receive a digital proof for approval before production starts. That way you can be sure the end result meets your expectations.

The standard delivery time is 2–3 weeks after proof approval. Unbranded products are often delivered faster, usually within 3–5 working days. In a hurry? Contact us and we will check what is possible.

Shipping costs €8.95 within Germany and €14.95 to every other EU country, VAT included, regardless of weight or order value.

Yes, we deliver to all 27 EU countries for €14.95, VAT included. We do not deliver to Switzerland or the United Kingdom.

We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and bank transfer. After approval, business customers can also buy on invoice.

Business customers registered in the commercial register can buy on invoice. After a credit check you receive a payment term of 14 or 30 days. Contact us to apply for a business account.

Unbranded products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unused and in their original packaging. Branded products are made especially for you and cannot be returned, unless there is a production fault.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. Take photos of the damage and the packaging. We will then arrange a suitable solution as quickly as possible.
